Brass Hand Design Co. is a branding and Illustration agency based on the West Coast of Canada in beautiful Squamish, BC.
Founded in 2017 by Aaron Brink, Brass Hand works with clients ranging from local small business start-ups to well established brands and charities. We are a full-service studio offering anything your project may need.
Our work is heavily influenced by the centuries of meticulous, handcrafted art of the old world, vintage design, and the traditional world of tattoo art. We instil a thoughtful and hand-made aesthetic to all of our pieces that considers the needs of modern/digital branding - but is distinguished by intentional craftsmanship that is often absent in contemporary design. We do not, and will not, ever use Artificial Intelligence in the creation of our work.

After spending more than a decade working in the non-profit sector as a youth worker, Aaron transitioned into design after discovering a passion for creating powerful visuals that help businesses and organizations bring their visions to life and reach their dream customers.
Aaron is deeply inspired by antique and vintage design from almost every decade (or century). It is not unusual to see nods to Victorian book covers, early 20th century traditional tattoo flash, vintage matchbook covers, 16th century woodblock prints, and more.
Aaron, his wife Katie, and two kids have lived and worked in Squamish, BC, Canada for nearly a decade. and are endlessly mesmerized and inspired by its beauty.
